Publications
Monthly Newsletter - Published once per month and delivered via email, the monthly newsletter includes tips, articles, and updates on “what’s new” as well as upcoming events. Be the first to know about what’s new at Let it Flow and how we can help you live a healthier life!
Blog - This is an online publication that is updated several times per week. The blog is a great way to stay current with wellness related stories, anecdotes, research or anything Stacey experiences or thinks about each day. Guest bloggers allow Back to Your Senses to truly be your one stop resource for living healthy and managing stress. Whether you need information on health, fitness, finances, relaxation, cooking, or business, this is the place to be.
Podcasts are online video and audio segments that you can watch directly from your computer or download to iTunes and your iPod or mp3 player and listen on the go. Podcasts include yoga, fitness, and educational segments ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes all focused on helping you relax and stay healthy on your terms.
TV Show, also called Back to Your Senses is a 30 minute segment that may include fitness and yoga instruction, cooking, and educational interviews and experiences. We’ll go inside various wellness studios, visit local parks and outdoor activity areas, and interview area wellness professionals.
